Aluminium Air Pallet Transporters are the proper indoor load moving equipment for warehouses. They’re run by compressed air (pneumatic) and so they are easy and safe to use and can move substantial things up to 10 tons with very minimal effort. Rotair’s Aluminium Air Pallet Transporters present a convenient and versatile method for transporting regularly shaped loads with fixed widths and lengths. Sizes begin around 4ft x 2ft, and weight capabilities range from 750kgs up to 9000kgs and even beyond. Aluminium Air Pallet Transporters are created from sturdy, aluminium extrusion, are rugged load moving tool and created to float on smooth, non-porous and flat floor surfaces. Furthermore, they could be equipped with A-type or B-type air bearings. A-type air bearings are fitted as standard and will provide just enough lift for the load to float on the floor. B-type air bearings are a bit more rugged and would provide greater lift on surfaces that are perfect for this sort of load moving. The B-type air bearing also gives a slightly higher lift than the A-type. This extra lift height of the air pallets could be taken advantage of should you have to lift a load clear off its base prior to moving it off to its intended location. However, B-type air bearings do utilize a wee bit more compressed air than their A-type equivalent. A rear fitted air manifold integrates air flow control valves for each air bearing, and as an On/Off ball value that connects to the air supply source. Operators of air pallets do not have to move far if they need to modify the air flow settings to the pallet’s air bearings. Air bearing proxy is easy and demands the removal of just 1 hex-head bolt for the A-type air bearings and five hex-head bolts for the B-type air bearings. The obligatory weight and size of the load will regulate both the size of the air pallet transporter, the air bearing weight capacity, and the air bearings type. Make sure you ask your Rotair Systems contact for more details on Aluminium Air Pallet Transporters , A & B-type air bearings including their attributes.
